Rolf Trostel is a protagonist of the so-called Berliner Schule / Berlin School (Tangerine Dream, Klaus Schulze). Electronic Pop was the musical goal of Trostel's third album "Der Prophet", which was released in the same year as its predecessor "Two Faces". "Der Prophet" is the culmination of this phase of Trostel's oeuvre, which was tightly coupled to the PPG Wave Computer.

I adore glimpse, each time it comes on, it just washes over me every time. But the whole album is superb. Admittedly, this is the first time, I have listened to this for some time !! But I do that. You discover something so magical on that initial first listen. And you play it over and over, because it is your newest favourite album! I then go off on another exploration, to see what others, are up too.!! When you come back to it. You just let it bathe you with it's loveliness. Thanks again . Peter Moore
